Our process begins with a Client Engagement call to discuss the hiring needs of our clients along with role responsibilities, team dynamics, office culture, compensation budget, and other related factors to assist building a candidate profile for the search.

 After creating the candidate profile, we will begin to proactively source qualified candidates, screen the candidates through our multi-tiered interview process, and submit qualified individuals with a candidate summary and resume to the client for review.

 As the final part of our service, TWR can help our clients formulate and structure an attractive offer, handle offer negotiations, and assist the new hire with navigating the client's onboarding process.  TWR will also notify all non-selected candidates of position fill.
