Our team has a combined 18 years of corporate recruiting experience for an industry leading Broker/Dealer. We have hired over 1,000 professionals for various roles at both the corporate and branch levels. From this, we have established a robust network of industry contacts at Wirehouses, Regional and Independent Firms, as well as Asset Management and Institutional relationships. Going beyond recruiting, members of our team have obtained industry licenses to better understand financial services and the roles that support our clients.

Paul started his recruiting career in 2003 with Manpower,Inc, a Fortune 500 company, where he learned the foundation of staffing. He then honed his headhunting skills at WilsonHCG where he first received exposure to financial services clients.

Paul started his recruiting career in 2003 with Manpower,Inc, a Fortune 500 company, where he learned the foundation of staffing. He then honed his headhunting skills at WilsonHCG where he first received exposure to financial services clients.
Paul was quickly hooked on the financial services industry and became a TalentAdvisor at Raymond James Financial where he worked for seven years supporting all of the revenue-producing sides, including but not limited to the Private Client Group, Asset Management, and Capital Markets and working with the C-level suite. Paul also managed a team of recruiters ranging from three to ten and helped launch the recruiting strategy for the Financial Advisor Trainee program.
A graduate from the University of South Florida and a married father of two, Paul enjoys all sports, cooking, and beach time activities when he isn’t coaching little league sports.

In this role, he designed and executed a proactive recruiting strategy focused on attracting and hiring high-caliber, diverse advisory talent for the program.

Cory has a proven track record of successfully placing professionals across the financial services spectrum, from entry-level support roles to senior associate roles within branch environments. While his career has been rooted in recruiting, he has developed a strong passion for the financial services industry itself, earning his Series 7 license and currently pursuing the CFP® designation.
Cory holds a business degree from the University of Florida. He is a dedicated husband and father of two, serves on the advisory board for the University of South Florida’s Personal Financial Planning program, and is an active member of Junior Achievement of Tampa Bay, Cub Scouts Pack 53, and various youth sports organizations.
